Racing Club de Lens
Founded in 1906, Racing Club de Lens is a club with a long list of achievements (French Champion, League Cup, Drago Cup, Intertoto Cup, etc). Supported by one of the largest audiences in France, the Ligue 1 club is a reference to European football education that has strong regional mining identity and values based on fighting spirit, fair play and dynamism. Racing Club de Lens also stands out with its training center “La Gaillette”, that welcomes teams from U8 to pros for their training sessions. Many great players such as Raphaël Varane, Serge Aurier or Geoffrey Kondogbia, etc, found their path to big football through the RC Lens academy.

Sardarapat FC offers a unique football learning experience thanks to the sharing of RC Lens methodology. Together we develop a methodology adapted to the territory, where children have access to a professional football training program that focuses on personal development, healthy lifestyle and self-improvement, to help them become future professionals.
– Intensive training programs for Armenian coaches and players in France, at “La Gaillette” Training Centre in Avion, Hauts-de-France.
– Regular exchanges between clubs’ staffs to follow up and maintain a high level of training to develop the best talents in Armenia
– Bridge between our coaches/players and RC Lens (transmission of know-how, frequent trips and meetings between each club, player exchanges, tournaments).
